The cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be double on request), a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a ground floor wet room, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is parking on a quiet farm road alongside the property, lockable bike storage (shared with adjoining property) and an enclosed, private, gravel courtyard to the rear with furniture and a barbecue. Hayloft House is a lovely base for your holiday in Scotland.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking on quiet farm road alongside property. Lockable bike storage (shared with adjoining property). Enclosed, private, gravel courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property has restricted head height on the first floor landing due to sloping ceiling. Note: The minimum age for the top bunk is 6 years. |
